We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was also a major highlight, as it was conveniently situated near the beachfront but still peaceful and quiet. We loved the fact that it was close to Station 3 and the Cagban port for easy transportation. Additionally, the hotel had easy access to Station 1, where the sand was the finest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

This makes it easy to organize transfers back from the beach and explore nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds, sheets, and towels. The staff provides commendable service, with quick responses to room service requests. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the resort has a supermarket that is open 24 hours, providing convenience for families.

The noise from the open corridors can be disruptive and affect sleep quality.

The hotel had all the amenities of a luxury resort: spacious and well-decorated rooms, a 24-hour convenience store, and an excellent Chinese restaurant. Plus, the hotel offered a variety of activities, including a wave pool and a wave rider, making it an excellent destination in itself. the hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the beach.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner, as there was some debris in the water. however, the hotel provided a decent and comfortable stay during our trip.

Our Easter weekend stay was simply amazing! the hotel's location was perfect as it was just a few minutes away from a stunning beach and great restaurants. the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. the room was clean, spacious, and had fantastic views of either the garden or the sea. They also provided complimentary breakfast with a variety of food options to choose from.

Some of the facilities were showing signs of wear and tear, such as the towels and pool area. the Wi-Fi connection was not stable and required assistance from staff.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those who want to go to D’Mall or Station 1 where the sand is the finest. Guests can easily go to Cagban port in Boracay as well. the hotels in the white beach area are better than this one. the rooms are acceptable, but the bathrooms and service need improvement. the breakfast is mediocre, and the view is not impressive. there is a nice pool, and the wave pool and wave rider are fun to try. the hotel also has a store that sells a variety of items.

The hotel charges an entrance fee for their underwater restaurant, which is not worth it.

My recent stay at this hotel was a great experience. The hotel's location in station 2, right by the beach, made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful shores of Boracay Island. Our stay at Crown Regency Resort And Convention Center was a pleasant one. The location was great, with the beach and talipapa nearby. The air conditioning in our room worked well and the staff were responsive in trying to fix any issues that arose. The pool was enjoyable, although some improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, although there were occasional issues with organization. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and decent amenities.
